Does anyone know how to do the hairstyle for Josefina's Birthday outfit? Usually if I lived with my mother she would show me (the Hair style Master), but I live to far away now.

If anyone has a picture of what it looks like in the back, or a step by step description on how to style it, I would love it so much.

I wish I knew how to do that too! I am not good when it comes to their hair. I usually just leave it the way it is! lol

Well I know how to do it so i'll try to explain. First you need to put her hair in two braids, while weaving the two red ribbons into both sides. Then twist the braids up and wrap the around the back of her haid, then secure them with bobby pins. Here is a picture of the braids without the ribbons:

    Hope that helps!

P.S. I'm actually currently writing a bunch of booklets on how to do doll hairstyles and lots of other things, so stay tuned!

How do you get the ribbons to stay while you're braiding? I was about ready to thread them on a plastic canvas needle and weave them in that way!

I usually just tie the ribbon to the top of the hair around one of the three strands before you start braiding. Then when it's all finished you can tuck that in and hide it with some bobby pins or something. Does that work?
